    Danielle McIntyre, LMFT, LMAC

I can be helpful with assisting you to discover the strength you possess to restore satisfaction and balance in your life. I provide psychotherapy services through an integrative and systemic approach for issues associated with addictions, trauma, anxiety, depression, physical and emotional disabilities, as well as stress management, troublesome life events and transitions.

I graduated from Friends University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminal Justice in 2009 and later a Master of Science Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy in 2012. Specialized licensure also includes Master Addiction Counselor (LMAC) acquired in 2016. I have extensive experience providing care to individuals, couples, and families in both private and agency settings to include Community Mental Health, Department of Corrections, and Substance Use Treatment Centers.

I will work to create a safe and accepting space to process personal challenges as it is necessary when joining with others as they seek desired growth. My ability to utilize several therapeutic models such as Attachment Theory, Solution Focused, Narrative Therapy, CBT and DBT, can allow clients to feel understood and supported as they engage in the journey of healing.
