Our rates are clinician specific.  Please call to confirm rates.

Insurance

We currently have clinicians who accept the following insurance: BlueCrossBlueShield, UnitedHealthCare, ProvDRsCare, and Medicaid.  Not all clinicians accept the same insurance.  Please call if you have questions.

Payment

We accept cash, check and all major credit cards as forms of payment. We also accept Flexible Spending Accounts and Health Savings Accounts.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged for the full rate of the session.
