I believe in creating an environment where you can authentically show up just as you are and find acceptance. I work diligently to provide a space that is calm and comfortable, where you can feel like you’re stepping out of the rush and chaos of daily life and settling into a space that you can focus, be present, and be centered in the process of your healing. For myself, I strive to be “calm and non-anxious presence”—someone that you don’t have to worry about and you feel that you can trust to share your most vulnerable self with—while also still being authentic myself and showing, through example, that it’s okay to be human; to be flawed, to struggle and hurt, and still be worthy, loved, and content.
My therapy style is to be a guide and an educator. I work alongside you to find root issues, ask questions, and offer information and support. I take a brain-based approach to therapy and present information in a way that feels relevant, understandable, and easy to apply to your everyday life.
I am an EMDRIA certified EMDR practitioner and utilize EMDR extensively throughout my practice to promote the healing of trauma, anxiety, panic, shame, anger and outbursts, OCD and phobias, dissociation, social and performance anxieties, grief, and attachment wounds. I am trained in and utilize brainspotting within my practice to further enhance the healing of trauma, anxiety, and OCD/phobias.

Couples on conflict, relational trauma, and relational differences, along with providing premarital counseling.
