“All relationships require work, attention, patience, and tolerance from both parties and even the successful ones can be challenging at the best of times.” – Jacqueline Vanderpuye
Counseling, or therapy, is about you finding the ability to be the desired ideal of yourself as a couple or individual. My place is to work together with you as an assistant in finding the tools and possibilities.
I have completed the training for Level 3 of the Gottman Method and use it to work with couples. I continuously train in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and have advanced training in Mindfulness from the Center for Mind and Body Medicine. I am a Verified Member of The Gottman Relationship Checkup https://checkup.gottman.com/couple/faq
In my past, I have been a Marine, a contractor and a pastor. I have 4 adult children and grandchildren. These things affect how I see and interact with the world and provides a unique platform from which to work with clients. Contact our office to begin the process of change.
