“I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 25 years of experience supporting individuals, couples, and blended families through life’s transitions, stress, and emotional challenges.
A native of Wichita, Kansas, I bring both clinical depth and a grounded relational approach to my work.I earned my undergraduate degree in Atlanta, Georgia at Clark Atlanta University and completed my graduate training in Counseling Psychology at Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois.
I offer individual therapy, couples support, group facilitation, and I am also available for clinical presentations, and various educational or church workshops, including EAP and relational health programming.
Known for my warm, culturally responsive and practical style, I help clients feel safe, seen, and empowered while working toward meaningful and sustainable change.
Outside of the therapy room, I enjoy writing, listening to music, traveling, supporting performing arts, and spending quality time with my family and friends.”
