Will Bell, LCPC
I bring a balanced and comfortable approach to therapy, utilizing humor and an easy-going attitude to help individuals and families reach their goals. I have experience working with a variety of different populations and situations, aiding individuals and families with difficulties related to relationships, school, work, and purpose.
I have several years of experience working as a therapist with children and their parents in schools, homes, and community settings, utilizing these experiences to help with concerns related to anxiety, depression, grief, school, friendship, anger management, communication, and challenges at home.
I use a variety of approaches with children and adolescents, incorporating elements of art and play therapy, as well as Multisystemic Therapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapy. I have received extensive training and supervision in Brief Strategic Family Therapy and, if requested, can incorporate features from this approach to strengthen families in a targeted counseling stage.
I also have experience working with adults around difficulties related to dissatisfaction, anxiety, substance use, anger, and grief in individual and group therapeutic settings. I utilize cognitive methods and solution-focused techniques that support individuals to find deeper meaning and achieve your identified goals.
